We only publish positive feedback on a sliding scale, all feedback is manually approved by our administrators. So if one of our advertisers does a good job we would encourage all parties to use the feedback system, as recommendation has to be the best form of advertising.
If we have repeated negative feedback for a business we would take steps to remove them from the database.
